COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dura-drive Plus VDE-530 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Relaince products, including obsoleted and phased-out Matsushita parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Usem product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Relaince such as the T56S1011B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TS4514N8035E200 manufactured by Matsushita and we are pleased to be able to service most Matsushita systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature U3P2D by Manufacturer Usem as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Servo-Motor Brand TBN206R1000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Usem such as U25P1DC equipment made by Usem have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Usem products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Usem" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TVS2EMA16A1 made by Square-D as well as the popular UGJMED10MSF21 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TC15006 by Weiss and U25P1DC spares by Usem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UGQMEM02MAK0E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
